To help us maintain the atmosphere and level of service our guests deserve, we kindly ask that all clients and guests review and respect the following salon policies.

• All appointments must be booked online.
• We are an appointment-only salon and do not accept same-day appointments.
• Everyone is provided a 15-minute grace period, including our team members. If you anticipate arriving more than 15 minutes late, please call or text the salon as soon as possible.
• New clients are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early when a consultation is necessary.

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, to ensure that we stay on schedule and provide the best experience for all guests, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and we reserve the right to refuse service if there is no longer enough time to safely and properly complete the scheduled service without affecting other appointments.

If a service cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, applicable cancellation or rescheduling policies may apply.

• All hair extensions purchased through Tiffany's Glamorous Salon & Spa must be purchased and paid for in full before the scheduled installation appointment.
• Hair extensions will not be ordered or reserved until full payment has been received.
• Clients providing their own hair must bring 100% human hair  for hair extension services.
• All required hair must be available at the time of the appointment. If the proper hair is not available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• Premium Brazilian hair extensions are available for purchase through Tiffany's Glamorous Salon & Spa.
• We recommend purchasing or ordering your hair in advance to ensure your desired length, texture, and color are available for your appointment.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment and ensure the comfort and safety of everyone in the salon, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children should only accompany a guest when they are scheduled to receive a service or when prior approval has been given.

All jewelry, accessories, beauty products, hair extensions, and boutique merchandise are final sale.

Please carefully review your items before completing your purchase.

• Please notify us before your appointment of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp concerns, or other information that may be necessary before your service.
• Guests experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment for the health and safety of our clients and team.
• Anyone experiencing a cough is required to wear a mask while inside the salon.
• Tiffany's Glamorous Salon & Spa reserves the right to discontinue or decline a service when we believe proceeding could create a health or safety concern.

• Respect the privacy and personal space of everyone in the salon.
• Respect differences in backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, and opinions.
• Help us maintain a positive and peaceful atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected, and beautiful.

Tiffany's Glamorous Salon & Spa is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, peaceful, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

Any guest who engages in threatening, aggressive, abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior, or who refuses to comply with salon policies will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will be permanently prohibited from returning to Tiffany's Glamorous Salon & Spa.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Threatening or aggressive behavior
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Disrespect toward clients or team members
• Repeated refusal to follow salon policies
• Behavior that creates an unsafe or hostile environment
• Conduct that compromises the safety, privacy, comfort, or experience of our guests or team members

• Payment is due upon completion of your service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
